Amenities

Large Hall

8 Foot Rectangular Tables, Padded Chairs, Men and Ladies Restrooms, Full Kitchen and No stairs. 

Capacity: 300 guests.

NOTE: No access to the Small Hall unless renting Both Halls.

Small Hall

8 Foot Round Tables, Padded Chairs, Single Handicap Accessible Restroom, Refrigerator, Sink, Microwave, 3 stair entrance and a Wheelchair ramp. 

Capacity: 80 guests. 

NOTE: No access to the Large Hall or Kitchen unless renting Both Halls.


501c3 Not for profit events

Fees

In order to standarize our business procedures, ALL rentals will be required to pay a Deposit and pay a rental fee as indicated in the Prices section.

Donations

It is possible that the Knights of Columbus Council 1975 through it's fundraising events, may decide to donate the rental fees back; All, Partial or None at all. At point of deposit, we suggest that the valid 501c3 Articles of Incorporation and the EIN number be presented for this consideration.


Deposits

Your date is NOT locked in until the deposit and contract are signed.

Deposits hold the date and MUST be paid at the time of contract signing. Without incident, all deposits are returned within 30 days after event. Violations of the contract or damages risk loss of partial or complete deposit.

Special large deposit arrangements

Please ask about Special Arrangements that are allowed for the Wedding and Quinceañera larger refundable deposits.


Alcohol

All events require 3 additional items for alcohol

Alcohol must have: 1) A $ 1,000,000 Liability Alcohol Insurance Policy with the Plymouth Columbus Club listed as additional payee , 2) a Security Officer present during the event and 3) An additional $1,000.00 Deposit. Questions - please ask.


Event termination

Avoid additional charges or loss of deposit!

All Events must stop consuming alcohol at 10 p.m. Events end at 11 p.m. Out of the hall by Midnight.
